RMA (Return of Material Authorization) Procedures

All equipment returned to JUMPtec must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number assigned exclusively by JUMPtec . JUMPtec cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to the equipment received without an RMA number. The Buyer accepts responsibility for all freight charges for the return of goods to JUMPtec 's designated facility. JUMPtec will pay return freight charges back to the Buyer's location in the event that the equipment is repaired or replaced within the warranty period stipulated herewith.

JUMPtec provides a customer oriented RMA-service in order to get your unit repaired very fast and efficiently. Please refer to the instructions outlined in the RMA procedures of the individual entities:

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please issue and complete the given RMA Form.
  • Please indicate whether you are returning waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) (application of german law: ElektroG) or whether you are placing a service order.
  • Please take care to include a short detailed description of the observed problem or failure and product identification (Ident-No and Serial-No).
  • Please send the completed RMA-sheet to the given fax- or email-address at JUMPtec GmbH.
  • JUMPtec GmbH will provide you an RMA-No within one business day.
  • The goods for repair shall be packed properly for shipping, considering shock- and ESD-protection.
  • Please add the RMA-sheet to the relevant delivery address and include the RMA-No into shipping paperwork.
  • Efforts for unjustified claims will be charged.

 

NOTE

Goods returned to us in non proper packaging will be considered as customer caused faults and cannot accepted in any case as warranty repairs.
